As part of our commitment to quality we ensure, by means of regular inspections and management reviews, that our clients' requirements are being met and constantly exceeded.
Managers will conduct unannounced site visits to access the cleaning standards and provide our staff with support on a regular frequency. When the managers visit site they will complete a Quality Inspection Report. These reports are available for our clients to inspect at the regular meetings where our managers will provide a report on the standard of cleaning.
