Commitment To Quality

QualityFor Ellack Cleaning to provide the service you would expect, it is essential that we have a good and reliable "Quality System". Within our organisation there is a commitment from all levels of staff to provide our clients with a high standard of service.

As a people orientated industry, it is important that we make regular site visits to our clients premises to assess the quality of service being provided. We therefore commit ourselves to regular site visits whilst the cleaning process is being undertaken and carry out our Quality Inspections. In conjunction with this, we carry our regular client meetings, as it is essential that we communicate with our clients.

Our managers will complete a "Quality Inspection Record" each time they visit your premises. These reports assess the quality of work being provided against the agreed cleaning specification. Should the inspection report identify any unsatisfactory standards of work, this will be documented along with the corrective action required to rectify the standard.

Our clients meetings are attended by our managers. These meetings are designed to report on the cleaning standards, the clients needs and to advise the client on any additional cleaning matters at their premises. These meetings are documented and minutes are raised for future records.

Staff Training

All training of part time staff will be carried out at our clients' premises, our Managers will complete the training. All the training will be in line with the guidelines of The British Institute of Cleaning Science and will be documented on a " Training Record Form". This will be appraised every twelve months or as training requirements are required.

Health & Safety

At Ellack Cleaning we take the health & safety of our staff very seriously. All staff are given training regarding health & safety matters in their induction training program. Refresher courses are then provided on the annual training review along with spot checks on a regular frequency.
