Window Cleaning

At Ellack Cleaning we operate our window cleaning division with experienced, trained and uniformed personnel to ensure we present the professional image that our clients and we expect. From traditional cleaning methods to the highly approved Health & Safety conscious 'Reach & Wash' system, allowing us to reach awkward locations from ground level without the use of ladders or platforms. All window cleaning personnel are fully trained and hold full IPAF licence's.

The Tucker Pole Reach & Wash System

The Tucker Pole Reach & Wash system utilizes reverse osmosis and mixed bed de-mineralising resin to produce a 100% pure laboratory grade water. When used in window cleaning, the de-mineralised water will strive to return to its natural impure state by actively absorbing all dirt, chemicals and minerals attached to the glazed surface. This system will enable the operator to work safely at ground level, and also reach previously inaccessible areas.

Floor Maintenance

At Ellack Cleaning we operate a variety of floor maintenance programs for surfaces such as wood, stone, asphalt and resilient floors which include linoleum, thermoplastic tiles and vinyl tiles.

Carpet Maintenance

To be effective, a carpet maintenance program must provide for the removal of all types of soil, including dry particle dirt, water and solvent soluble soils and stains.

The frequency with which each cleaning operation should be carried out will vary widely, depending on a number of factors, of which the most important are the location of the carpet, the type, the volume of traffic, the colour of the carpet and the standard required. A carpet located in a main entrance or heavily used corridors will require more frequent attention than a similar one in a not so heavily used area.

The main process in carpet maintenance, therefore, includes the use of mechanical equipment for the removal of dry particle dirt and chemical preparations for removal of water soluble and solvent soluble soils and stains.
